As the topic say, this is about someone that has been giving people some tacky and rude reviews along with intentional insults to a builder's content and demoralizing statements. Even the Master Builders are getting reviews from him. Some of them have posted on his profile page and he is starting to annoy a few of us.

I don't know where else to post this as there is no "complaint" sub-forum, but the player "Viro" needs to be dealt with by a mod or an admin immediately. According to the TOS which I have thoroughly read, this is considered trolling and an attack on another player by actions such as writing bad reviews, one-staring content, and insulting other players. He carries an aura with him that I believe, along with quite a few others, is damaging and demoralizing to the modding community.

If you know who this person is because your work has been "reviewed" by him or you've seen his "reviews" and think they are mean and obnoxious, please say so here. If need be, this thread can server as a petition if he isn't dealt with soon. For those of you that have received reviews from him, just ignore them as they are only a means to attack you and are not true.

There should be a "report" button on said review. Press it to flag a mod, they cant see everything that everyone posts, so actually hitting the button is important.

Trust me. he is under "investigation" already,dont know what are the mods gonna do,but they know.

Have you found a hostile, malicious, trolling review? Just click the "Report" button. There's seriously no need to make a thread on this unless you have made multiple reports, have PM'd admins (Kojinus or DukeofRealms are recommended), and nothing has happened despite rule breaking.

problem is,mods wont do anything I think..
mods clearly state they dont tolerate harassment.. but where do you draw a line there.. whats harassment?
I sure 100% felt harassed and provoked.. mods dont think so..
not only because he called me out for using smedit on my stations even tho I 100% DID NOT. even after providing clear video evidence that all my stations were built in stages.. and calling me a scam,cheater because of his imagination and need to be some sort of vigilante.
he is doing it at random,as you can clearly see on his reviews.. I imagine him like this: "oh,that station that I could never build in 10 years,yeah ill give it 1/5,smedit,stuff stuff..move on"

To be fair, I took a look, and just looks to be a barn-yard noob. The few reviews he made that I seen kinda make the mod reaction about correct. To say he can't do 1 star and say "what is this" would be the same as saying they cant 5-star and go "OMG SO TASTY".

The entire rating/review system is garbage as is really, since you are kind of forced to give a rating if you just want to leave a comment, and you are forced to leave a comment if you just want to rate. Not to mention there is no real way to even know what you are downloading before you do, since the preview/flavour texts aren't all that helpful most times.

So to be fair, the mods going "Eh..." is understandable. He's still annoying, but not quite slap-him-around-and-throw-him-in-a-cage bad.

EDIT* i will admit,this is not very professional from us..but when reporting fails and mods dont enforce rules..or "blur" the red line of those rules.. you resort to making noise like in here.

Agreed but the team wants to create a fun atmosphere and being really hard on players defeats that purpose but they could bring out the ban hammer every now and then to stop trolls.

Yea you're right I guess. I can't really complain much. The only one I ever see get real enforcer-ish about things is MrFurb but hes nice about it at least.

Also dog dammit I burned my barbequed chicken tenders and now my house smells like a smoking lounge.

i found viro as a brazen character and actually added a report to the mods and devs about him a week or so ago, long story short if he sets foot in me and stike's server we wont ban him but we will make his life alot harder in there I have a few toys with big guns that can be more then persuasive in my armory.

I am fairly sure calling single person out in public for tar and feathers is harassment.
So fairly sure every post in this thread is considered harassment. Unless of course double standards is what you call normal?

Forums have had the ability to report since the concept started.
Moderators job is to judge ... not public lynching.

Public lynching just creates a toxic environment that no one wants to join.

I find it funny that you sit here harassing a person publicly and upset that mods are not doing more to stop harassment. Are you asking to get punished?

Well I haven't seen this guy yet but if he sets foot on the server I'm on he won't live long seeing as the area around spawn has about 3 armed gates around it and all of us aren't shy about PKing trolls and thieves.
