Corellia Faction on the Risen server requested assistance in a 2 v 3 faction battle. They stated, that htey will supply us with the recources to quickly set up a fleet.
So for a brief round-up:

There are two kinds of factions, in game, and online. They do not transfer. The online factions are very official, usally important, and technically better. The ingame factions are the ones that do stuff, like homebases and faction tags. This isnt Eve, and therefore you dont need to belong to an online faction to do faction stuff. Hit \"H\", hit \"Create New Faction\", then name it \"Syndicate\" or \"The Syndicate\" Whichever you prefer.
I would like to have an alliance with you and your faction, if you accept, I can arrange for a fleet to rendezvous with your faction base, provided blueprints are enabled. You have Victory Shipyards support!
