Unfortunately there aren't many on SS who can field the people and ships that we can, so our opponents so far have been rather unmemorable. We're hoping that bigger factions start forming on SS so that we don't have to be satisfied with small enemies.

We just moved into this server which settings suit our tastes and is stable enough to handle large-scale combat without crashing.
Can't say the same about that server.

Yeah SS is kinda superior in every way performance wise. The only thing GenX has is people.

Either that or just a lot of slots on the hotbar. That doesn't lock, a shit ton of missile/beam/whatevers do :P

Its probably just simple Missile+Cannons for screwing up point defenses and allowing for missile beams to break through, and high damage to stationary structures or unsuspecting targets.

Oh, or to make someone focus on juking and dodging rather than shooting, while you lasyily place your cursor over them and lock on with homing missiles.

And it looks damn cool. Actually, that might be the main reason, and if so, then it is worth looking into!
