The game will not start!

Hi there, saw a post about StarMade on MMORPG.com and decided to try it out... problem is, it will not finish loading without just quietly crashing to desktop. It gets to the stage where it says it is loading fonts and... POOF! Please give me some help... what information do I need to give you? There are quite a few logs that the game has generated, which do you need me to give you?

By the way, I am using 64bit Windows 7

Try to run it with sound off in the startup options. If that doesnt help, check if there is a pidSomeNumbers.log in the StarMade dir (that would indicate a driver crash).

Hijacking the thread in the hope for help. New potential player here, wanted to check out the game as well. Downloaded the installer, installed the game fine but I cannot play it. Checked the logs, made sure my drivers and java is up to date.

I have the same problem. tried to run it with no sound and deletet the pidSomeNumbers file. It still disapears when it says loading Fonts. I also have windows 7 with 64 bit. need help please

When I load it up, it says: 100% Loaded.Soon after it just closes itself down. I have Windows 7 64-Bit

That would mean that you need to update your video drivers. Also, please don\'t hijack other topics.

I\'ve had the same problem but then I updated my drivers and now I have a different problem. Whenever i click \"start game\" an error pops up saying \"ErrordialogException: ERROR-DIALOG-EXCEPTION: class org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Could not create context.\" Then I click exit and retry and it\'s the same thing over and over. I have no idea what to do now.

Using fail7 64. I updated the drivers, i redownloaded it, I asked for aid in the support room. I dont know what else to do.

Same here, win7, 64 bit. I tried to update drivers, apperentally they are, and the one I have is an Intel HD graphics 3000. and as soon as it reaches 100% it quits.

WAIT! Ok, so my drivers weren\'t actually updated... so I updated them.Now it works.
