For the next one you should have the first builder build their part, then send a blueprint file to the next builder that contains the merging slice in the form of a grey hull outline with other coloured hull to mark things like corridors etc.

Claiming positions for build 2 (Vertical ship) is open. I've decided build 3 is going to be a horizontal build.

Well being able to see where one section starts and ends but not seeing the section itself might help. Say when someone finishes their part only the basic shape it takes when bumping up against another section will be seen. So it'd be like a 1 block wide shadow boarder where it meets the rest of the ship. All that'd do is give others an idea of what was done but not actually see what was done. Doors or hallway sections could show up too if needed.

Just some ideas but hay this place is moving along nicely and I want to see the end result from this. :P
