    ABOUT THIS SERVER

    You will find this server offers a significantly different experience from default Starmade.

    The play style here is similar to games like X3, Homeworld and Eve online. If you are a fan of those game you may find yourself quite at home here.

    BEWARE

    When you join this server you are essentially going to be learning to play the game an entirely different way, just about everything in the config and been changed. The "arcade, Modern Warefare" style of default of Starmade does not exist here. Ships need to be carefully engineered with a specific purpose in mind. Every block you add effects the overall performance of your ship, simply adding more and more can become a hinderence rather than an advantage.

    As we get closer to release (and as I have time) I will detail all of the changes.

    Power Generation is roughly 1/3 what it is by default. We do this to help prevent weapon systems that can destroy a ship in one hit and to give players a reason to specialize their ships.

    Power "overheat" penalty has been increased. If you exhaust your power supplies you will find yourself unable to move for a good 30 seconds.

    Shields and recharge. The base shield value has been increased quite a bit. Everything has a base shield capacity of 10,000. This is to help the survivability of both fighters and turrets. Shield recharge however has had a significant change. The power needed to recharge shields has been increased quite a bit. This makes shields behave more like a buffer or protective coating then the be all end all defense that it is now. It also makes all the shield related effects like hardening incredibly useful.

    We are of the belief that big stuff should be slow, and little stuff should be fast. But we have expanded it far beyond that.

    Thrusters have a reduced power consumption, but have a significant curve to their effectiveness. As you add more and more thrust, it becomes less effective. This is by far the biggest factor in promoting the use of RP ships. If you take the same ship: one with a RP interior, and one just filled with blocks, the one with the RP interior will be significantly faster. No matter how many extra thrust and power you add to the other ship.

    Having a ship with a lot of empty space will also help make all the other thrust effects more effective.

    We've adjusted both overdrive and jump drive so they are more effective for larger ships. That way even though large ships may have a really slow acceleration they can achieve a higher top speed. In the case of jump drive they can charge up and jump without having to worry about being left in danger due to power loss.

    Push and Pull defensive effects. These have had a massive increase to their base value. They can now be used on fighters and other ships for effective boosting and breaking maneuvers. The larger the ship gets however, the less effective this becomes.

    The base value of all weapons has been given quite a boost. This is to make turrets more viable and more esthetically pleasing. But they all consume more power.

    This allows you to build smaller weapon systems on your ship, but still keep an effective DPS. The larger your weapon systems get, the more power issues you will experience.



    CANNON:

    + cannon = Auto-cannon. increased rate of fire with reduced power output. Range decreases as reload time decreases. Good for fighters and point defense turrets

    + Missile = Flack cannon. Rate of fire, spread, and distance increase as you add more blocks, damage decreases and increased power consumption.

    + Beam = Sniper cannon. Range, rate of fire and projectile speed increases the more blocks you add. Greatly increased power consumption.

    + Pulse = Artillery = Range, damage and power consumption increased greatly. Projectile speed and rate of fire greatly decreased.


    MISSILE:

    + Cannon = Cluster Bomb. High damage, large radius, larger split the more blocks you add. Consumes lots of power, has a short range and a long reload. Good for bombers.

    + Missile = Rapid fire rockets. Low power consumption, low damage and a high rate of fire. Reduced range and increased projectile speed. Good for fighters.

    + Beam = Lock on missiles. Standard damage, speed and range. As you add more blocks the missile gets faster making it harder to shoot down, but it's range decreases.

    + Pulse = Nuke. Lock on missile with high damage and large radius. Projectile is very slow with a slow reload and high power consumption. Good for attacking large stationary targets.


    BEAM:

    + Cannon = Continuous fire beam. Low damage, low power consumption, low damage. Reduced range and can fire continuously. Good for fighters.

    + Missile = Tractor beam. This is what you attach all your push, pull and other effects to. Fires continuously, can shoot 4000m and does no damage. Has a high power consumption.

    + Beam = Sniper beam. Works the same as the sniper cannon. Higher rate of fire with a penalty of power consumption. (Also works great at a tractor beam)

    + Pulse = Siege beam. Higher damage and increased rate of fire the more block you add. Greatly increased power consumption.

    RP server looking for ship and station builders.

    TC: Nova Ascendence is looking for people who want to build really nice detailed RP ships and stations to be featured on the server. We already have a large amount of content developed, but could use a bit of variety.

    These ships and stations would be used as rewards for players and used for events and missions. So getting creative with things like traps and logic would be a plus.

    There would be some conditions however. You would be given an infinite shop on server, but you would have to reside in a locked sector. Also we will be running a highly altered block behavior file for the server, so you will need to leave what you know about ship building at the door. Any pre-existing ships you want to bring in will probably need to be totally re-fitted. Also there will only be one catalog slot for blueprints and uploads so all progress will need to be saved to local. If you want to be mainly a builder, but also want to take part in the actual RP then I'm sure we can work something else out.

    We would like to get you involved and acclimated to the block behavior before the server is open so please PM me examples of your work if you are interested

    When we are up and running, we will show you that we are serious about enjoyable role play in a sci-fi universe. The story and setting is made in such a way that players shape the story, and bring depth and history. At the same time, all the GM's are imaginative, fair, and love to get the players playing. Everyone at this server were role players who looked out and found a serious lack of RP compared to other servers, and we cannot wait to host you!

    Were you were killed in action, defending your home from the Baalites? I’m Choosing this setting but, instead of Defending my home its protecting someone to help a planet attacked by Baalites.

    Bio : 5 Days before death… Ko gets a letter from a local group of doctors asking him if he could protect them on there way to a near by planet that had just been attacked by Baalite ships. Ko knows Baalite ships are faster and have better armor than the his Vela Fighter, But the challenge would be worth wild. Ko researches and learns about Baalite ships because this would be his Second encounter with them. The Job paid 400 up front and 6,000 after. It would be a good pay for him and his future encounters.

    1 Hour before Death… Piloting his Vela and protecting the Medical ship “The Angel Of Harlem” Ko reaches the planet’s obit before the medical ship did . As the medical ship enters the orbit 5 unknown contacts appear on radar. They start to fire upon site. Ko Engages the ships and notices the emblem on the enemy fighter’s ship. It was a Baalite’s Fighter Squadron Emblem. Ko realizes what he is up against. A barrage of bullets penetrate Ko’s fighter and sets his ship on fire. The Fire Reaches the Middle of the ship and blows it in haft. The Cockpit along with Ko Falls into the Atmosphere. Going 900 + Miles into a flat spin, blazing on fire, Ko Reaches his finial destination and his resting place.

    Ruden blinked at the glaring bright light. It was such a contrast from the darkness, it took some time for his eyes to adjust. Eyes. He realized he could actually see, and sense other things again. Was that a voice he had heard?

    "Wha... did... someone say something?" his voice cracked, his throat seeming rather dry and unused.


    The voice responded in kind, "Yes. I would like to you recall what happened to you. Before your death."

    "Death? Yes.... that's right. I thought I had died. So I did die? This is the afterlife?"

    "You have arrived at the newly liberated Spawn Station situated in the Confederate Syndicate States of New Ephebe. All that you accumulated, acquired or built in your life is gone. You are starting your life anew in the Syndicate States," the voice repeated flawlessly.

    "Oh. Well good I guess. I didn't much believe in having an afterlife. I didn't want to be wrong."

    A face started to form from the surrounding light. The lips moved. "How did you die? The Baalites?"

    "The Baalites? Honestly, I'm not sure. It all happened so quickly. I was out of station, collecting ore from the asteroids. You see, that's my business. I collect ore and crystals from the asteroids and take them back to my station for refining. Sits better with me then strip mining planets I think.

    There was a distress call from the station first. They were under attack. I radioed out for assistance, but I was the only vessel close. I went back as soon my jump drive warmed up. It was already too late. Nothing but scrap... no survivors."


    Ruden felt his back on a what he realized was a bed. He just might of fallen, had he not been laying down, as the events returned to him.

    "But how did you die?"

    "I assume my ship was destroyed. Scanners were overwhelmed with contacts, but it only took one shot I think. I felt the ship shake and the saw the hull crack around me and then.. darkness. Never did ID those bastards."

    "Very unfortunate, sir. We always ask respawns to recall their deaths. We find it helps with the process."

    "Huh. So.. now what?"

    The lips smiled.

    Getting started on any server can be a pain for those that want to jump right into the action. So here at TC we will be making several different starter ships available to people on their first day which will allow them to take part in the action right away.

    Since the server will be "buy with blocks" we have devised a system to get you those blocks for the starting ships without admins having to hand you them manually. (( we will explain this system further and only through PMs once the server is live))

    Here are your starting options:

    SR-88 Corvette with Jump Rig

    The SR-88 is a 300 year old civilian design from the old Ephebien Cluster. It was mass produced during the exodus from Ephebia as the primary patrol and security vessel as the Monolith gate was being constructed. Hundreds of thousands of these fighters were brought to New Ephebia, and although many of the ships are over 200 years old, they are still a viable today.

    The Corvette lacks a built in Jump Drive, but many have been outfitted with a Jump Rig that the Corvette can dock to for long range travel.

    Outfitted with Heavy Armor, Lock-on missile, rapid fire rockets, cluster bombs and a rapid fire cannon. The Corvette also boasts Jammers, Overdrive, and Boost/Break engine tuning for quick maneuverability.





    SR-302 Scout Frigate

    The SR-302 is an updated version of a 300 year old Trader Guild design. It is used by the Syndicate States as a long range scout and recovery vessle. Although mainly designed as a Scout and salvage vessel it is equipped with several defensive systems.

    The Frigate is equipped with salvage cannons, duel artillery cannons, rapid fire rocks and a turret outfitted with lock on missiles. It also boasts a jamming and cloaking system, sensor array, and overdrive.





    Black Line ACS Utility

    The ACS Utility is brought to you by the State of Black Line!

    The ACS is a modified version of Black Lines original utility class vessel. It comes with two large salvage arrays, power supply and drain systems, tractor beam and repulse beam for moving around large objects. The vessel also is equipped with a Jump Drive and a large scanner array.

    Black Line has also generously donated everything you need to get your own refinery and factory up and running! Including factory and refinery systems, extra storage capacity and of course power generators to get everything humming!

    Jay blinks slowly as a light is pointed into each of his eyes. Memories of childhood rush through him, and he smiles slightly as he remembers an incident one early morning. He is aware of others around him, and they seem to be speaking, though who they are talking to is a mystery. Wiping the sleep from his eyes, he rubs the bridge of his nose and fully opens his eyes. Instead of waking up in his own bed, in a familiar place, he is greeted by a stark white room not far off from some sort of infirmary.

    Fear grips him as he quickly looks around. Several people dressed in smocks and white gloves look back at him with an almost amused expression. He appears to be in one piece.

    A voice rouses him out of his own thoughts, saying, "I know all of this must be strange for you. Your cubatom stream was intercepted and you have been remade here. Can you recall to us what happened immediately prior to your death?"

    He tries to speak, but his vocal cords do not comply, as if they had not been used in a very long time. Struggling to find his voice, Jay responds, "I-I... I'm dead? I died...?"

    A woman checking a machine to the left of him replies casually, "Yes. You died, and by the looks of your cubatom stream, not very recently. What do you remember?"

    The shock of the revelation hits him like a sledgehammer as he tries to remember. After a moment, Jay speaks. "My name is Jay Armenov. I'm from the town of Yugon, of the Azalec province on Malakor III. Where... where am I?"

    "You are on the captured Cubatom Interception and Indoctrination Facility , in Syndicate States of New Ephebe. I do not recognize the name Malakor III... where was this located, exactly?" says another smock-clad doctor.

    "I haven't heard of New Ephebe... do you have a star map handy?" Jay replies. A feeling of despair settles over him as he slowly realizes what is going on.

    The woman monitoring the machine to his left hands him a star map. "I am from here," Jay says, while pointing at an arm on the other side of the galaxy.

    "Strange indeed that you ended up here," replies a tall doctor while stroking his beard, "and stranger still the body our cubatom reassembler was told to build. Are you supposed to have titanium implants in your shoulders, spine and rib cage?"

    Jay rubs his shoulder, feeling the familiar bump of the titanium plate embedded there. "Yes, that is correct. Where I come from, it is a rite of passage to get these implants. They help us work our exosuits."

    "Fascinating," replies another doctor as he writes on a clipboard. "Are you able to recall what happened prior to your death?"

    Thinking deeply once more, Jay responds. "I am 26 years old. I was a Commodore in Malakor III's defense force..." Jay stops as he suddenly remembers. "Have you gotten any other people like me recently?"

    The doctors take a moment to respond. "No, I don't think that we have. Are you thinking of someone specifically?"

    Jay rubs his chin in thought. "I was on leave with a friend in the capital of Azalec. We were sitting at a bar when I remember seeing a wall burst into dust. I was reaching for my pistol, when..." Jay stops. He looks into the distance blankly. "I saw my friend die at my feet, along with many of the people in the bar. And then... blackness."

    Initial Plans:
    Buy a frigate and try to carve out a living.

    Requested materials:
    Black on white repainted SR-302, and that should be it.

    Khrab_Jinn (Arabic: Roughly Translates to "Blighted Miasmic Entity")

    Biological self-replicating fungal organism (Semi-Sentient radically mutated Dreen)
    ( It Is incapable of speech, though it can mimic radio transmissions and human dialogue flawlessly, it is entirely unaware of what it is saying. It has, through the infusion and infestation of many minds and skill sets... has developed the most rudimentary understanding of space travel... It is incapable of understanding morality in any capacity, as such it holds no opinion nor thought process beyond its most basic functions of consumption, and survival)

    The Miasma holds no singular form, it is entirely overtaken by necessity, the virus spreads like a growing vine, always moving outwards, it holds no true physical form, giving it a true sense of inhumanity, there is no face to relate to... no hand to shake, there is but toxic and crawling organs within the vessels it infects... those within are broken down by the digestive fluids emitted from its probing tide of living fluid....

    Gender-less, reproduces via ingested organic materials and inorganic minerals, then divides itself similar to common asexual biological fungal agents through the course of sporing .

    True Neutral (It is not driven by creed, nor belief nor vengeance, nor sapient thought, its holds only to the laws of the jungle, it exists to consume, expand and grow, like all primal lifeforms do, it has no master, it cannot be reasoned with, merely fed)

    *Going to attempt a start separate from that of the standard player, and forfeit the protection of spawn for the sake of a potentially good story, Please bear with me as I rattle off the background*

    Within the galaxy are countless mysteries, legends and forgotten secrets, many grown from tales of old, once more spouting like weeds into the minds of this day and age these myths choose to rear their heads in fickle ways. Yet stranger still are the things that dwell within the infinitely black and barren world ridden sectors of the galaxy, eternally truth of reality, shall always be stranger then fiction. Born from the mistakes of men and arrogance of fools, the virulent self replicating strain codified in what little remains of the data logs from a derelict station, hanging solemnly and silently in a broken orbit, round a decaying neutron star, speaks of the folly of man whom seek to control that which has existed for time and memoriam, Such is the tale of what has been dubbed "Khrab Jinn" or the blighted fickle miasma.

    Born nearly two centuries ago, should these decrepit and ancient data logs be of any truth, the Khrab Jinn was born of brilliant scientific minds from an array of fields, these brilliant minds departed the most well traveled sectors of space to delve unfettered into the depths of academic research and colloquially run tests, beyond the petty restrictions of mankind's moral or logical hubris. The head researcher, Mahmoud al-Rantisi, a modern day Icarus, found a blasted system, light by the dying light of a star countless of eons old, heaving, like a titanic beast upon its final lingering breaths. It was in this blasted hellscape, they established their stations, and it was here that hubris of man, brewed forth in the womb of science, a monster, not unlike that of the foolish doctor Frankenstein.

    Crafted by experts in the field of micro-robotics, and bio-chemical engineers, and too early hailed as a cure for mankind's short lifespans, Sample XVII, a compound derived from fungal Dreen genetic sequences, was born in a stasis tube aboard one of the many well shielded modules the station held. The crew and researchers rejoiced far too soon, their bravado and haughty pride were soon to be the very key to the fickle door of fate. Aboard the station, due to human error, the viral agent escaped its containment chamber and infested first its creator Doctor Al-Rantisi, who's final words "Khrab Jinn!" where softly heard by those that witnessed his gruesome death. The Khrab Jinn flowed like a organic plague upon the station, consuming flesh, steel, plastic and bone, until at least it flowed through the survivors, catalyzed by the horror of what their folly had brought them, the last few that vaingloriously stood against this unquenchable tide, sacrificed their lives to violently decompress and horrifically damage the station's integrity.... Hoping their actions would end this threat, a decaying broadcast cried for those whom that would come searching for them to stay away! Stay away for the sake of the silent dead, for all humanity! But in the dense and cruel orbit of the neutron star.... their message was consumed, distorted and unreadable by the radiation ever present in the system....

    Such is where many good tales and yarns end, a warning against folly, a parable for the wise, But reality is no such good willed story from yore.... The Khrab Jinn survived, and festered in the dying heart of the station, feeding upon the materials of the station itself... Time turned on, war struck the systems. worlds burned, forces clashed upon the cosmic field, but such of which, was of little importance to the virus. It continued to consume, and mutate, feed by the dying life blood of cosmic radiation, pulsing from the stars dying heart... it festered grew, and adapted, becoming ever more efficient in its means of action... Soon the fires of war, burned themselves out in the star cluster nearest the station... and silence once again hung over this forlorn and forsaken sector of the galaxy, and by stroke of luck, and what many would attribute to divine handiwork....

    The struggling star violently contracted several decades into the mutation cycle of this virus, emitting a star quake, that was seen for hundreds of light years, the violent and intense pulse of radiation, swept over the station and finally freed it from the embrace and all consuming tide of the Khrab Jinn... But true monsters, never truly die. The weakest strains of the biomass, now culled by the titanic cosmic phenomenon, left only the strongest, most aggressive and virulent to fester and grow... the neural synapse of the very researchers it consumed, mutated it ever further... one hundred years later.... its spores finally reached maturity... only this time...it was not but a simple virus, but a blight, in the truest sense of the word....


    Having festered in a state of dormancy for many decades, and near a century, the dying pulse of the star, finally surrendered to the fate given to them... the star, long since bleeding, finally extinguished itself, fading into the pitch black of the void. Time sailed on, the virus grew, evolved and changed from what was dreamed of as the tonic of immortality, into something its makers could only fear in their darkest dreams.... Upon the close of the titanic galactic war, during this frantic and frenzied rush to find the corners of the universe in which to hide, once more, piteous fools, found this god forsaken place... and their dreams of home, and kin, where nothing but fuel for this virulent entity....

    Having gestated in the warm womb of human synapse, and spurred on by the unending bursts of radiation that drive from the heart of this start, the virus, attained the state of semi-sentience. Whilst it could not speak, nor rationalize anything save its most basic desire to spread, it soon realized its need to, grow, to spread, to consume, for such was all it knew. And by fickle fate, its chance to do so came upon it, like a wretched twist of cruel irony... A badly crippled tanker, fleeing from the pursuit of foreign invaders, made course and celestial anchor upon the outskirts of this remote sector.... it was here it waited, before a visual anomaly drew the crews attention to a long forsaken and badly crippled station that hung in orbit around this dead star.... Out of desperation the vessel made anchor upon the station, only to stir the slumbering beast within... neer a week after the vessel connected its docking umbilical to the station, the virus had swept across the newly attached source of food, no matter how desperate or courageous the actions the crew undertook, they simply where nothing before the two centuries the virus spent perfecting its craft and art.... Now with a silent derelict hanging limply from this forlorn station, the virus manifested and infused itself into this wayward cargo tanker... the neurological synapses and membranes of the crew, fueling its primitive knowledge of the vessels function... with each fleshy mind and heart consumed, the Khrab Jinn, grew ever more clever, before long... the transport broke free of its tether... and what the galaxy had thought was a lifeless and forsaken transport... soon spouted fleshy polyps ebbing from the rents in this venerable vessels once matte hull, and its battered infested engines thrummed to life in an unnatural manner ... and pushed forth and free of the decaying station and the dead star its sole purpose finally within its virulent reach.... Food

    Stage 1) Incubation Stage
    Whilst infesting a vessel, only light to moderate signs of infection are present.. most notably, it is recorded that vessels are depressurized, as this virus functions most effectively in the void. Vessels suffering from Stage 1) Have their crews consumed and their control systems infested and infused with, by the crude data infections from rotting neural implants from the crew it consumes. Vessels in this stage... if properly purged and scoured, can be salvaged and returned to duty. During this stage the virus consumes as much organic and non-organic material as possible in preparation for its Pupation Stage.

    Stage 2) Pupation Stage
    During the course of infection, should a vessel remain in its clutches long enough for the virus to pupate, the vessel would radically warp and shift, shifting toxic spores will sprout from various and toxic ruptures to the hull, the deck of the vessel will slowly be eaten away, being replaced with organic matter as it grows and festers, during this stage, the vessels will seek out others of either their kind or those lacking infestation, and attempt to infect them directly, once infected, the host vessel will consume and integrate any material present in the victim into its own systems and bubonic hull.. Ships trapped within this stage, are neer worth salvaging... in most cases it is wiser to put them to the torch, then to allow them to reach their final stage, Maturity.....

    Stage 3) Maturity Stage
    Having spent the longest, growing, feeding and mutating, this is the final stage of the infections' life span... hulking corpses of once valiant ships, fused relentlessly into a single organic nexus of blight, vessel that have reached this stage, are hardly recognizable by the craftsmen that founded them.. the thick and unnatural layers of bio-mass, flesh and sinew, keep this pulsating creature moving forward, relentlessly consuming all that come across its path... Its weapons long since fused into the dozens or so ships that comprise its form, are its main source of attack... whilst it will always seek to cripple vessels and consume them, if it perceives itself in dire straits... it will unless its macabre arsenal upon its attacks in a desperate attempt at self preservation.... Within this mound of churning flesh, steel and energy, the creature gestates and broods smaller organisms, that can be seen flying about it in a miasmic cloud... It is at this stage the vessel, concentrates its neural synapse into its "core" .... Vessels of this classification are nothing but harbingers of infestation and sirens of doomsday... Whilst the virus is still in its infant stages... It is entirely theoretical it will eventually develop to this stage, if left unchecked....


    The plan is as follows, I will attempt to establish this mutated strain of Dreen as quietly as possible.... feed on pirates... terrorize those that travel too far beyond the well patrolled trade lanes... As I work to grow and fester this Character into something that would pose significant risks to those that venture into the unknown... I want this character to be a nagging worry when a crew ventures out beyond the trade lanes and into the unknown.. I want the players to be cautious, I want to add a sense of thrill and danger when exploring out beyond that which is commonly tread... Whilst this is by NO means a free reign to wantonly assault players for little reason,nor force infections and infestations upon them, nor find excuse to PVP ( I myself am quite terrible at such anyway) I feel that this character would add to the life force of the galaxy, it would make it somehow real and tangible in some regards.

    As someone with a decade of acting and roleplay experience under my belt, I can safely say, I hold a understanding of the finer conventions for story telling and lore crafting... Whilst common sense says it might be the WISEST thing to simply annihilate a wander that stumbles into my sector of the galaxy... The story writer within says most INTERESTING manner would be to damage their vessel and allow them to limp back to their home, to tell of what they encountered in the depths of space, or to just give chase and cause them to flee!.... THAT Is good story telling to me.... When one sets aside the notion of "winning" and instead... Crafts a story for OTHERS to delve into and enjoy.. That is my plan simply put, to write a story, for others to engage with and hopefully enjoy, while we explore this brave new universe!

    All I humbly request from the administration of this lovely server, is but a unarmed freighter in but the first stage of infection, placed somewhere alone, in a quiet part of the galaxy, none too far to exclude me from roleplay, but not close enough to ruin the thrill of exploration and the dangers ambient within.
    Also... I'd love some purple vine stuff and purple rock stuff.... That stuff makes some pretty awesome organic designs.... THOUGH I am Always open to hear what the much more talented builders of the server think! I want my vessel to look alien, yet entirely recognizable, I'd love to hear what the builders and shipwrights suggest!

    Dean is one of the now rare first generation Augments, meaning his parents were naturals, un-altered humans of natural evolution. Augments were first created as designer children for the twisted rich, the money made from the private sector in the first year alone allowed research into Augments to be used to cure so many previously un-curable medical issues almost disappear. Then, came Blue World, a natural extremist group determined on eradicating all traces of Augments and research related to them, both cosmetic and medical, Augments left the world of their creation Terraria to giant orbital colonies.
    In the 65th year of a strained peace between the Terrans a.k.a 'Naturals' and O.A.Cs (Orbital Augment Colonies) a.k.a 'Augments' the O.A.C Corlo 3 was destroyed by Natural ships, outraged, the Augments returned fire.

    11 Months on a 3rd, much more powerful faction appeared, the servants of Baal. The two sides of the coin, Naturals and Augments, were united for the first time in in six and a half centuries against a single, galactic threat, and as they fought together, they stumbled together, into peace.

    However, the Natural Augment war, followed by the attack of the servants of Baal left the great Terra eternally scared, and all but two of the Augment colonies destroyed. In the next 10 years Naturals and Augments spanned across the galaxy together in the great Terrarian empire. However distance did nothing to sait humanities' overwhelming desire for war, old revelries re-emerged and humanity once again began the cycle of its own destruction. The Augments were hunted to near extinction, then, the servants of Baal returned. For one last time the two factions united, United they stood, United they fell.

    In the final years of Terraria, a program was created, The SEED program was born.

    So named to inspire the seed of hope Augment science and Natural manpower were used to try create super soldiers, they failed, all they managed was to create Beserkers, normally well mannered and behaved, could switch to mindless killing machines, they were not enough and were allowed to live as normal people, believing they were Naturals, the servants of Baal annihilated the last of Terraria.

    The story does no end here however, some had fled before the return of the servants of Baal aboard a stolen prototype ship owned by the Blue World Company Morgenrate, this massive galactic syndicate has been hunting them ever since, it is rumoured that Morgenrate has 'shady' ties.
