What.... how?!?!.... hnggggg.....I have not been idle, here's a little bit of extra I've added.
Most notably is the archive. (the red part to the top-right of it in the picture is a large dock where another faction can build their own embassy)
Side view of the Archive, as it stands now, it still needs some bells and whistles, I admit it took longer than it probably should have.
Here is the inside lower area. There is the service desk in the back and areas to work and collaborate in pairs or larger groups.
A view deeper into the building, on the left you can see the restricted Data-processors.
The data processors and shelving, next to annexes for individual work.
The back room with closed-file information storage.
The walls and floor are supposed to be white marbled with some fancy expensive gold or some such. Does it look ok? you tell me.
The big glass tower serves no purpose at present, but will probably contain the office for the Arch-Archivist or some thing.
Now onto the next arbitary segment. Maybe an apartment complex, or a accessway station
For me, a destroyer is between 200 and 500 metres long.Just a question, what vessel classification system do you use? I am trying to picture the small destroyer you speak of but my estimates vary from anywhere in between 5000 and 12000 mass... :p
An interesting idea would be to make racers that only had power tanks and no recharge so that they are forced to stop in the pits every few laps for the recharge beams.Hello People-who-read-this-thread. It's been a while since I have posted an upderp.
I've been busy with the server I help to manage, aswell as work, I do find time for my beloved station though, there simply has not been any great singular progress of late.
Did some work on the Rapid Transit System, today.
That is: the course of tubes and passages that doubles as a race-track with configurable intersections. Here are some pictures.
Here's the first intersection: On the right you can see the little control center, before a race an organiser would park a ship there and operate the controls to cause the gates to close and arrows to light up as needed. I will also be using beam-based power drain and power supply systems to supplement the race.
Here is the control center for this intersection. The top buttons control the gateways, the bottom buttons control the arrows. Could I streamline it better? Could I make it more logic intensive with cool stuff? Absolutely! but I do not think it necessary.
How do you build so fast ;_;
I'm still alive, the station continues.
While not a part of the station, the warp gates leading to it are a vital part of station infrastructure.
Here it is so far.
Unless it was deleted, yes.does this base still exist?
Orphaniel should post it in community thread, I think would be an epic hitUnless it was deleted, yes.
