Video Showcases​

In an effort to incentivize more entries, I'm including a new video showcase option for ship submissions.
(Don't worry if your ship is below the 90m threshold, I will still showcase it. Depending on how many submissions there are sub-90m, I might even make a separate chart too.)

In terms of expectations, I'm not a very critical person hence why I am calling these a "showcase" not a review. The video will essentially just be a walkthrough/reaction of the ship, and pointing out the things I like or would do differently.

Someone can fact check me, but I believe by process of elimination I was the most-viewed StarMade "youtuber" of 2025... If you ignore Jacemachine's repost...
So I figured I had at least some responsibility to step it up for 2026, and channel my inner Saber lol.
Also by posting occasional showcases from the chart backlog, I can keep this thread near the top mwahaha

As an aside, I have the perfect ship for a smaller chart (or if you open it up to smaller ships) - it's 76 meters long:

Thanks for the great response to the video submissions! We nearly went a year without any new additions to the chart.
Apologies for the delay getting around to them, but my goal is still 12 showcases per year (minimum).
(The true goal being that I can keep this thread in the "Recent Posts" section - which is a month.)
Ideally there will be at least one more uploaded this month, and the rest during May.

Smaller Chart?
Should the "Special Edition Chart" created for the various build initiatives be repurposed for sub-100m ships?
(I would remove my replicas, transfer the remaining 100m+ ships to the main chart, and open submissions)

If so, I should resolve the difference in label formatting, so which do people prefer?
(Faction, ShipName, Length) which comes from the original chart by Jake_Lancia.
(ShipName, BuilderName, Length) which is my preference, used in the "Special Edition Chart".

For reference, if a faction/manufacturer is not provided, the original chart listed it as either "Unknown" or "N/A" which I simplified to only including (ShipName, Length) for the remake. There are currently 17 ships not credited to a specific faction. As far as collecting builder's names, I already have all that information stored, which should align with the in-game catalog/browse section.​
