To whom it may concern,

I have not forgotten or given up on this project. In fact, I have longed to get back into Starmade and work away at fleshing out this beautiful ship. However, the rate of updates has quickened, with very large updates coming soon. The amount of work I have already put into this ship (over 200 hours) is no small feat. To think of the amount of work that will be required to retro-fit the ship once Starmade is finally released is staggering. So, it is with a sad heart that I announce this build officially on hold until there is a full version of Starmade available.

Which now looks like it might never happen unless some massive real world changes happen. At the very least it would be cool to get it visually done even if it won't fly. According to the latest news there's not going to be any more major changes to ship functionality until the universe update (which with how things are going will be a long time) so maybe it might be time to fit this back into your spare time? That said I kinda feel like you and me are the only ones still interested in this project anymore and with the game pretty dead these days and even the most populous server only having a few people at a time, I'm afraid this project and game might be gone from my life from here on. I wish there was a way to get someone on the dev team that would get things going again, in the game and the community. Feels like a ghost town. Sigh.

Anyway, rant over. How are things going for you these days? I've moved several times and am celebrating my 4th anniversary today. The world in general is very different now of course, but every so often I still find myself wanting to relive the old days by playing this game again and then wanting to play it by flying Voyager, but that dream always seems farther away than last time I got in this mood. I should go, before I get depressed.

Have a good day, good life, etc. I mean it. Hopefully some massive changes can happen to get this place jumping again and we can get back to work.

I'd love to see that I'm not the only one building on Voyager, but years later of course... To bad you never posted it on the dock, to compare our ships (I'm still building the inside of her and current doing the shuttlebay with all her logic)

Looks pretty good, do the nacelles rotate properly? Is it to scale? Do you have the captain's yacht and delta flyer yet?

Of course I already have the Aeroshuttle in the saucersection, and I have the flyer, and Neelix shuttle the Baxian inside her... The necelles rotate when the ship flies with 75% speed, but I wanna change that to the FTL drive if possible... Still a lot to do...
