Yes, salvage computer which needs to have salvage cannons connected to them.

As for your second question, no, but there are more than one shops that are randomly generated.

For now, shops do not restock. They will eventually once I implement a higher level simulation where there would be an automatic trade network going on in the universe.

Speaking of shops, you should ensure that they at least have power and thruster blocks since their lack makes it kinda hard to do anything. Also, salvage should mine faster because right now it's faster to just get out of the ship and dig manually.

Yeah, I'm still balancing out the balance of the game. The more salvage blocks you have in a group the faster you can mine with one beam btw
