[Solved] Client says that it is the wrong version to play on servers

So I just bought the game, and it says on my account that I am upgraded, when I go to log on to a friends server, it says that my launcher version is wrong. Do I have the wrong launcher or something?

it's possible that either your friend or you haven't updated to the latest version of the game. when you first open the launcher it shows at the bottom weather or not there is an update available, if it says you have the latest version then your friend needs to update his server

I added a new indicator in the new version that will now tell you the server's and the client's version if that error occurs.

Thanks, that actually helps a lot. I really like being in a game this early on, because it allows me to see what kind of process it has to go through to get something like this going. (Its been working since, my friend updates daily)
