Shipyard Changes

I'm really frustrated about some things with the shipyard. When you leave any sort of shipyard mode, you should return to the shipyard controller, for example leaving the test sector. I've been dumped out 3.6km away from my controller after leaving that.
About the test sector, I'd like to suggest the ability to spawn asteroids.

Shipyards are a little buggy at the moment, but I know schine are working hard to fix them

In addition to not being dumped multiple km away when you exit, I'd like the ability to enter design mode from the computer, rather than having to go get into the core out at the anchor block

You can already do this, there is an edit design button shipyard interface. You will exit at the core though.
