    I didn't make the rules, bro. That's just how they are designated. Game designers have been referring to space with drag as Newtonian physics since before I was born;)
    Empty space with drag has nothing to do with Newtonian physics.

    So in other words "here's a possible fix, but since its too complicated, lets destroy this whole other system instead"
    Who whoa WHOAAAA

    Escalation out the wazoo!

    The Mass change is a formula adjustment (research, more man power). The Acceleration change is a numbers adjustment (Thruster efficiency over block count).

    what about this(example of a ship scaled down)
    .tthhtt
    . hh
    . thhht
    .tthhhtt
    where t is thrusters and h is hull/other stuff and where strain of acceleration is dispersed across the structure duo to the forward thrusters
    also what about differently placed (directional) thrusters on key points of the ship that would be useful for turning so titans can turn better but their acceleration is nerfed in a "combat mode" or a "raised shields mode" but sub light engines have better acceleration out of combat for going places if you cannot afford a wart drive
    [DOUBLEPOST=1419730973,1419730939][/DOUBLEPOST]oh also a shameless *bump*
