Set new password page not using HTTPS nor the login page for the Help SM site

It appears as though the password reset page where the new password is actually set in the registry is not actually using HTTPS and Firefox displays a message to there that says it's being sent in plain-text. This page (and seemingly whole site) is also having no secure connection: Need not tell you that this is a major security risk. It's silly not to have the entire login (etc) process HTTPS and proper
