It appears as though the password reset page where the new password is actually set in the registry is not actually using HTTPS and Firefox displays a message to there that says it's being sent in plain-text. This page (and seemingly whole site) is also having no secure connection: http://help.star-made.org/support/login Need not tell you that this is a major security risk.
