Server setting / change window size?

Hi
can anybody help me? can i change the size of the first window ingame (Server Message)
i want to make it bigger because then are the rules better to read.
if i its possibile to change it on my own server, pleas tell me what i have to do.

For now it is hardcoded,
and not possible to change,
the only thing you can do is, preformatting the text displayed via the file itself.

thanks, i have already written our rules in there.
i hope it is anytime possibile to make this window bigger and maybe put it on a Key so you can read it ingame anytime you want.
