Server Problems [HELP]

So I made a starmade server so me and my friend could screw around. The first time, it went fine. We then shut the server as we both went to dinner. When we opened it again, I could connect fine but my friend had problems. Almost every time he connected, he saw the spawn screen for 1-2 seconds and then his starmade stopped responding and he crashed. Rarely, he would be able to spawn but every block would be invisible, even ones placed after he spawned. He could still see ship markers and the shop NPC but nothing else. Please help us find the problem and hopefully the solution!

Where are crash reports found? We can't find any crash report folder or anything like that
