Hey guys! I was thinking about hosting a Starwars Battlezone server For a mini event.
The objectives are Either capture the planet (Christoshpis) or destroy the other factions Flag ship. (Venator Class Star Destroyer or Providence Class Dreadnought)
The battle will be 25 vs 25.
Vehicles for the Republic are the:
Sabre Class Repulsor Hover Tank
All Terrain Tactical Enforcer
AV-7 Anti Vehicle Cannon/Walker
HAVt B5 Juggernaut
Vehicles for the Confederate of Independent Systems:
AAT
Hellfire Missle Droid
Separatist proton cannon
Persuader-class Droid enforcer
Droid GAT hover tank
The Air Vehicles for the Republic are:
ARC-170 Fighter
LAATi Transport/Gunship
V-wing Fighter/Bomber
Y-Wing Bomber
Air Vehicles for the Confederate of Independent Systems are:
Droid Vulture Star Fighter
Droid Heyena Bomber
HMP Droid Gunship/ Transport
Droid Tri-Fighter
Aside from the 25 vs 25 Player Battle, i will be sure to add 15 Star fighters per faction to increase the intensity of space combat. There will also be a large debris field in the battlefield too.
This is all a concept for now, unless i get 50 people wanting to sign up to battle. (If i get more than 50, that'll be awesome)
If i get a large amount of players wanting to fight( 100+-) Battles will be on the planet, in space, in the dreadnoughts if transport ships manage to land. The speeds of the flagships will max out at 5m/s all weapon systems will be operated by both AI and Players. Both Faction bases will have AI Point defense systems. Vehicles such as the AAT and ATTE will be required to be multi crewed. (Driver controls movement +Foward lasers, gunner will control turret) Same concept applies to the Y-wing Bomber and Gunships.
Custom Clone and Droid Skins will be in use. If you're a media person and wish to record the battles, feel free to do so.
The functions of this battle is to test the strength of a small area of high population as a stress test on the server. The flagships are again full size. 1000+ Meters long for both ships. the planet will be several thousand (3000-6000 Meters in Radius) And will be reconstructed as a city wasteland.
Infantry use the buildings as cover.
Protect your Armor.
Armor, escort your infantry, provide fire support.
Artillery, your goal is either Anti Air support, or destroy opposing faction Point Defense systems.
Air, your goals are to eliminate flagships point defence systems, your ships lack shielding, so a direct shot will kill you. Avoid the ships main batteries which are designed to tear apart other flagships.
Transports will have to fly through flak and avoid starfighters to deliver troops to the ground, as well as provide gunship support.
Units are limited.

10 Fighter interceptors
5 gunships
10 Tanks
6 Heavy tanks
10 medium tanks
3 Artillery units
