I had an Idea how to make a Weapon system that I will try to explain.
People tend to aim for the Core (Orange Marker). While your Shields are up you have one High range Weapon if you loose your Shields and someone shoots at your Core they will go through the yellow Block. When the yellow Block is destroyed you end up with 2 Weapons, you loose Range but with 2 Weapons you have more Dps.
So instead of making 2 Weapons (High range and high Dps) you have one and save a lot of Blocks.
This can be done with a lot more than 2 Weapons of course! So the more Damage you take the more you will be able to dish out in return.
I hope someone has suggestions how to improve this idea, or point out some problems.
