Replacing logic blocks with other logic blocks should keep the connections.

I had almost built an entire computer before I realized that the activation modules in my memory cells wouldn't cut it. So I thought that it would be convenient to simply swap out the activation module memory buses with OR blocks. Not so simple. Completely undid all the memory connections. Come on, the blocks kept their state, so why not the logic connections?
