Refineries and Micro Factories pulling reso from anywhere

The refineries, as well as micro-factories are pulling ingredients from the main production (ore recipes). I have tried several different types of connections to the current factory and storage blocks to get it to stop. The only way I have been able to get them to stop is to disconnect the block from the factory entirely. My refinery appears to be pulling ores and shards from my main center recipes (at least 5-6 connections upstream), and the micro factories have separate metal mesh and crystal circuit lines, but are pulling resources form my refinery block (which is at least 2 connections upstream). It used to be factories would only pull materials that were handed down to them, but these micros and refineries seem to take them from anywhere they want.
