rail movement lag

i think the latest update has made rail movement lag a little. everything was fine before the new menu update, i just didn't notice the rails stop for a moment then continue until yesterday.

That's not rail movement lag, that's general lag. rails will stop if the server is lagging and hasn't told your client that they should keep moving.
