Same here, This problem appeared with the latest version, The game crashes after you click spawn button.

the error says TutorialException, maybe try turning off the Tutorials in the start menu?

I have this problem too, I turned off the tutorials, still occured, I reinstalled, still this message, now I must use the previous version... :/

This is now known as issue#848. Relevant information can go there, or be posted here—I'm monitoring both.

Can anyone confirm that this is related to a space in the user name? Meaning:

• If you have a space in the user name but can play normally, please speak up.
• If you have no space in the user name, but you are getting this message, please speak up.

I tried it with the Following Usernames:
Eckhardbond
Eckhardbond-1
Eckhardbond_2
Eckhardbond 3
Everytime i get the Tutorial Exception when i try to spawn.

Seems like it got fixed,
