A personal permission module is almost the same as the Faction Permission Module and the Public Permission Module.
this module might come in handy to lock doors for a personal room in a bigger faction.
and with this Personal Permission Module you can make space hotels.

seems like a nice idea to me :)

The setting on the faction module affects the whole entity; a personal permission module would allow a specific player or group of players to interact with a single module/computer while the rest of the entity still observes the entity-global permissions.

This block would be totally unnecessary if faction modules allowed players of no faction to lock entities. As is though, something like this is needed.

I agree unfactioned players should be able to use faction modules to protect their property (in essence, all unfactioned players would have an invisible, individual FactionID) without having to create a one-man faction, but that's a different issue.

Permission modules (so far we have faction permission and public permission) are used to exempt individual activators/systems from the ship-wide restrictions put in place by a faction module. This third type of permission would complete the current range of everybody (public permission module) and everybody in the same faction (faction permission module) with a definable selection of individuals (personal permission module).
