It was fun and thanks for participating. Even if you disagree it still helps because it has the potential to point out the holes in my suggestion.
And by the way, I did spare core only ships, I mentioned it in my OP. The only time a core would explode from no power blocks is if the core was overheating. So you can make a core-only ship and be fine as long as you don\'t get overheated.

This is a good suggestion, however I would rather these changes you suggested be considered for the 10xRadar Jammer rather than the core itself. This would give the radar jammer more viability I think, and I don\'t think that\'s a bad thing.
