Upon testing the weapons system for the first time in build 0.15, I discovered an issue with AI not registering Linked Weapon groups.
This was found after importing a basic, Drone, Turret, and Ship. I fitted all three with Machine Guns on the grounds I knew that combo indeed worked. Upon manned testing to actually see that they worked, all three entities worked as advertised and had twin machine guns.
Upon setting up the ship to carry two of the MG Turrets and 4 of the MG Drones, I spawned in One Isanth as a pirate to test them. The only weapons that functioned as Machine Guns were the ones in the ship I piloted. The Turrets worked as they have in the past, however, their shots were much slower and less frequent than what they were built as. This was true with the drones.
Upon further inspection, I found that the AI were not using the linked sub weapons and only registering the primary weapon computer.
