New Docking Method: VELCRO; Docking button assigned

Have a block with a single adhesive side. When laid in large enough areas a ship can bump/touch the surface and stick.

You could make the area of the velcro block (times some number) = the mass of the ship it could hold or not.

Also, as an addendum; please assign 0 on the quickbar as a docking button permanently for every created ship so we dont have to map it for every ship...perhaps thatd make it easier for AI ships to redock with stations after a battle?

Condtructing this may prove hard, since it would have the restriction of being a flat surface.
