Anyone like to see other variables added to display modules and what would they be (ideally already in game).
Incoming wall of text.
Main:
Armor / Structure points
Scanner time until charged (Since it is a passive charge and only one is allowed per ship anyway)
Scanner effective range (in sectors / distance)
A true/false if my turrets are trying to shoot something
A true/false if ship is "under fire"
Current shield regen rate
Repair costs (/resource costs if that option is added)
Number of entities on navigation filter
Number of hostile entities on navigation
Number of docked turrets
Info based on block slaved to the display:
On/off of a logic block
Stats/cooldown on weapon comp
Stats on entity docked to slaved rail
Charge/rate of jump drive comp
Number of items in slaved storage
Current recipe of slaved factory
Number of enhancers slaved to a factory/refinery/assembler block
Others:
Current waypoint coords
Coords of location jump drive will take you to based on waypoint (Perhaps just add markers on the galaxy map line for that)
Direction of speed based on X Y Z split of number(IE speed is 29.9 so read out would be 13 | 27 | 0 if moving at a simple angle)
Current gravity effect rate
Reboot timer (To know what to expect before it happens and a countdown while its going)
List of targeted entity's stats (like mass, shields, hp, maybe speed)
Damage log to list damage of recent hits.
Pilot name (for RP)
Distance from system star/wormhole (null if void)
Number of players aligned to ship (RP)
I guess I should just post this under suggestions, but a good discussion here first wont hurt.
