Mystery of the Defiant

I have been trying to use v3 of alterinel's defiant: http://starmadedock.net/content/defiant-1-1-rp-tough-little-ship.2895/ but for some reason I keep falling out of the ship when I leave the core despite the fact that it worked perfectly before.

The weird thing is that I tried removing blocks from in front, behind, and beside the core but with no effect. I'm all out of ideas, any thoughts on this bizarre conundrum?

lol the game now seems to think if the area above the core isn't clear there is no other spawning point other than outside the ship or other structure. It use to check the area around the core as well for locations.

Do you think it's glitch to be corrected, or that we will have to live with it?

It's more or less a bug. For now, point to a block near the core and hit O to sit, then enter the core. When you exit you'll be put on that block rather than getting dumped out of the ship.
