what harassment, if he wanted me to stop he should\'ve just told me to go away and not bother him ever again, but not make a new set of rules for me to not message anybody without their permissions, I did not say anything that would be harassing in any way

The actions taken by WarSong have been justified, poking a moderator and causing disturbances in livechat PM are not acceptable. You were warned and did not stop.

This thread has gotten to the point where there is unnecessary discussion on a moderators decision, the issue has been resolved, there is no need to inflame.
