    I agree though, that there has to be another way of obtaining them.

    /Give_logbook Blackhawk Used to be a command before the patch Hence why I think its a bug

    The separate command got removed, it is now:
    /give_metaitem Logbook


    Sort of undocumented move, but not a clean bug. =)
