Laser fires in the wrong direction!?

I have a weird thing with a new build turret. The core and ALL beam modules are oriented in the same direction, and the output is set to the tip of the barrel. So far, so good. But when i fire the Weapon, the beam seems to go right UP and never hits the target. I set the output - module again 3 times, but it still fires up.
What the hack is that? Never seen this before...

It WAS the orientation of the computer... ok, learning never stops
