    So I finally decided to make a shipyard thread for myself!
    And making use of Skatchfab to post resources here, then link to them on the Community Content. Sketchfab however cant grant lighting and interior... so you best go check them out :P
    Ill start with the fleet I built that made it into the game!
    You can find their files all in one place here: Napther_Fleet_Submission_1
    They have as of yet not been updated to take the thruster update to the new "plums" as the options calls them :P Future KDI vessels will have it, starting with the Havox III-H Interceptor

    "basic" KDI Drone fighter, it has 2x gunpods with cannon-cannon-stop. Not very effective due to overall size

    1.5k mass bomber craft that is rather potent, but lacks shielding

    4.5k mass general purpose/escort corvette. It carries far too much E/s, and dumps it into all Overdrive turrets

    15k mass "heavy" miner. I hope AI will use all this stuff properly. Have made smaller Miners too because AI will be AI.

    I recently reclassified this ship as a "Heavy" due to its large expense in materials to make it, certainly not suitable for a "mainline" Spammable ship.


    There shall be more to come! I'll be exporting ships, Uploading them, and such as and when I have time or they are completed, etc.

    The Havoc III is a upsizzed Havoc II model, this version carries more power, several turrets to deal with many different threat types (Hull has cannons, Shoulders are medium missiles, Back is a long range Overdrive beam). It is also Jump and Inhibitor capable. Avalable here! :KDI Havoc III-H Jump-Interceptor

    I just hope people like the format of 3D models to view the ships in, then get more in depth in the CC post
    I like the 3D model feature, myself. And judging from the stuff showing up in cc, I think people do like them. :)

    Napther does bring his stuff around. :) So chances are, yes. :)

    EDIT: I mean while he's working on it. :P I've seen uhm, two or three of his latest ships before they were released.

    depending on server, these are all AI fleet assets which wont sadly see great use until Fleets can do their own thing... I tend to use larger, PvP builds for now

    On NFD all my stuff is located at 0, 100, 100 or -100 somewhere... Youll be on the right track if you find a bright blue system; just look for the cluster of stations and a few of my ships will be in the area
    most of them completed, I dont do too much work on #NFDed :P

    Indeed it is! and potent, and if AI fleets/NPCs use jump, inhib, and Overdrive its already fitted for it!
    [doublepost=1475263291,1475263007][/doublepost]Got a WIP, This is a "Medium" Missile boat for the faction, able to fire several volleys of light missiles, and is armed with 1 "large" missile-beam-explosive that is capable of causing Puns of Damage when a ship is made of system blocks (Or has this missile detonate in a hole), or has its AHP depleted... It will sit at long range and be a long range sniper, with light Close Support Weapons like beam-cannon-Overdrive to take down errant warheads and close range drones, as well as aditional light missile pods to add missile chaff to an area and take down medium range drones and vessels faster. Ill eventually give it a light cannon as well for close defence, but otherwise this does 1m Alpha bursts over 30 seconds in its current state due to how the missiles are arranged and how they react with its relatively low power capacity,

    Sadly unable to get a gif. My single player ship speed and thus missile speed is too high to see them launch, and the AI refuses to play ball when it launches them... Gues you'll have to wait to experiment on the final thing which should be finished by this weekend

    Almost finished another vessel, a Medium Missile Boat with multiple small, and 1 large Explosive missile. It lacks the raw capacity to fire, so the AI volleys them 1 after another

    While similar to the Defender, it has a similar weapons spread, but different role.

    1 WIP before the night finishes and Im off to sleep. THis is my Cruiser of some type. Its already got 4m e/s of regen in its Aux bank and in its main reactors between them. All its armour is 2-layer at LEAST of advanced armour spaced, making it "very" dificult to damage with missiles when the time comes. Hopefully when I come to complete it, it will have all the systems I want.... those forward armour pannel things along just before the round nose section are 20m-ish depending on attack angle of Advanced armour, making it absorb small weapons fire on its left and right side front "pauldrans"

    More to come soon, after a short hiatus Ive been building 1 or two more fleet ships for NPCs to use in future (Hopefully).

    Next up will be a medium salvager, and a littler more on the Cruiser ive been making
