I'll try to explain this one so that is makes sense. I tired a search, but did not see anything that seemed relevant.
I'm working on an automated launch/recovery system for drones that also opens/ closes a set of bay doors. It seems like the bay door "freezes" when an entity is on a pickup rail that touches the door. What's really odd is, the drones go "through" the frozen door, and once all of the drones dock and the close cycle begins, the door "snaps" to the open position, and begins closing.
Even stranger: when I try to take a animated GIF of the bug (which tends to make my computer slow to a crawl), the door behaves correctly. I did manage to get a couple of GIFs after the door locked up:
