I get an error when I try to uplink that says the server returned HTTP response code

I recently created an account, and I tried to uplink it. it gave me this instead:

IOException: Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: https://registry.star-made.org/ouath/token

what does this mean and how can I fix it?

This error is indicating that your authentication details are either incorrect or corrupted.
Here's the most common solutions:

1. Make sure that your username/password are correct. This includes capitalization.

2. In your connection setup screen, click 'Uplink to Star-Made.org' and then click the button labelled 'Delete Saved Login'. Afterwards re-uplink your account and retry.

3. If all else fails, use this link to request a new password: http://registry.star-made.org/users/password/new

If you're still unable to uplink after these steps, please let us know.

Had exact same problem, fixed it by just not clicking the remember me button.

I keep on getting the error (IOException: Server returned HTTP response code 401 for URL: https://registry.star-made.org/oauth/token) no matter what I do (check marking save login or not).

Logout of registry and use the reset password function.

I still had same that one on mine all the time, about 20 times tried as I did changed the password.... what a PAIN! but I am using windows 7 pro atm with amd machine.
