Having trouble connecting to servers

Hello I am having trouble connecting to servers it will say found credentials and connecting but will not launch the game I have reinstalled the game and also reinstalled java my router is fine any ideas to what is wrong ?

Hello Kratos,
please remove all logs from /StarMade/logs directory
then try connecting once. (Possibly it would be good to use the built-in server list, to avoid typos in name or port)

Then please upload the log.txt.0 here, will look into it then.

Got an error from the site saying The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension. log.txt.0
