    The screenshot shows it all.
Nothing else happens but it makes the game unplayable.

    -------------------------------------------------------------
    System Specs
    -------------------------------------------------------------
    installed memory: 8 gb
    i7 dual core processor
Graphics Driver: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 - A good bit outdated but it should work, it runs high end games like warframe and swtor as well as low end games like minecraft all just fun.

If anything else is needed let me know.

i have followed the steps a while back. It decreased the intensity of the problem but did not fix the problem itself.

I've had these issues in the past, they were caused by excessive heat/over use if the gpu. Try dialling back your settings g's as much as you can.

whenever i encountered graphic glitches like that it was a really bad sign...
in all cases i encountered these kind of glitches (for me they occured in random games and not in all games) the graphiccard was damaged.

hairwire breaks in contacts to VRAM modules or even damaged modules...
since you are using a (new) laptop with a nice i7 processor but only 8Gb of RAM there might be a part of your problem...

since the laptop is "new" i would think the cooling should be ok (no dust cacke on the coolers)
    so you can have:
    1. outdated hardware drivers
    2. Ram Allocation problem due to Memmory sharing (upgrade to 16GB Ram can fix something like that)
    3. faulty hardware
    - RAM
    - GPU
    - MOBO
Trubleshooting will be horrible i can promise that.
