In my experience, having just started a new world a few days ago, the most up-to-date information out there is gonna come from JW608's Back to Basics playlist and those guides on Steam, but as far as BEST practices go, that's something you're gonna have to FAFO for.

just wish the Wiki wasn't down, coz the OLD Fandom-hosted one hasn't been updated since before Power 2.0 (it took me YEARS to figure that out, and even put me off the game for quite a while until i just sat down and learned it)
