Oh, because of SMD not allowing a reply to an Author's review reply, you can improve your weapons by only giving them the 10% Explosive Effect Passive. 10% is the cap that the system will "do" and 100% explosive effect, while cheaper on the hylat and dealing more damage to a shield do to there being more total modules, but wont deal much block damage per second.(100% explosive struggles against thick armour)
