I made a bug report about this (#1050), but I wanted to see if anyone else had the issue, as it is a pretty big one, and I could not find any bug reports on it.

    Scenario:

    Plex storage one
    Plex storage two
    Micro Assembler

Put a bunch of different types of capsules in storage one
Set filter of storage two to only one of the capsule types placed in storage one. Set count to 12.
Connect storage two with C to storage one with V
Connect Micro Assembler to storage two.

    Expected behavior:
Only circuits or mesh using the capsules that are filtered by storage two are used by the assembler

    Actual behavior:
All capsules in storage one are used to make mesh and circuits.

I tested this with a macro assembler too, and the same thing happened.

So basically, filters on plex storage don't work at all with factories. They work great for sorting items, but once you want to craft something with those filtered items, and not the items in the chest they were filtered from, you can't, without manually moving them.

Perhaps more of an incomplete/not yet implemented feature?

    That shouldn't happen.

Factories should not know about "Chest Two"s slave "Chest One".

Probably that is a left-over from the Factory-Input system?
    BTW: How do they behave?
