But in all seriousness you want to use freehand tools to give the balls a little imperfection. If you're really lazy like me you can trace over circle tools (yeah I admit it, don't kill me).

I download a circle shape on internet and then just draw the line by hand around it, usually it works

Polandball doesn't have rules, it has it's idea of shitty drawing being funny... Before you draw some "polandball" then you first have to look on net for some inspiration, because what you draw is just a ball with a british sign...
