Exiting Build mode loses advanced setting for xyz

If you have a 3x1 line set and exit build mode when you re-enter build mode and hit ctrl next time in build mode its back to 1by1.

Does it do that even if you only switch to flight mode?
I reset the dimension because people were using mass block building in astronaut mode, which it was not intended for.
I suppose I could save the last configuration once you exit build mode and apply it again next time you enter build mode.

I noticed it when i was building my starbase, havent tried it when i was in a ship yet.
