Errors, Errors and More Errors

I'm getting a lot of EOF errors with this build, but when I try to send the error reports I get connection timed out errors! Anyone know any solutions?

Currently the reporting tool is not functional at all.

In case you encounter any bugs please read this.
And post all you have about it.
