Beacons can give that nice glow when the engines are viewed from the side and the usual glow can't be seen, are they decently reliable now? I've not used them in forever because they loved to do weird thnigs

if you surround them in plex doors the block becomes invisible, so I would say they are reliable.

I think ill join the fun, while i havnt done the actual engine module and all the external detail, i tried a lot of different combinations with Ice to create a "bloomish" effect in the thrust exhaust. Yeah i know, pretty small, but i like it.
