So.. you guys like engines, huh? I'm currently (since 03/2014) working on a 864m titan. The theme of the ship is to make ALL the detail look good from 5km away, 1km away AND when you stick your face in it. Will be done with interiors, all doors in rails etc.

Some new engines! I actually did a little bit of detail work around them this time.

It's spinning on a rotor, and it's ice over a layer of white hull. The edges of the white hull are replaced with lava. I originally tried Sintyr, but it looked like yellow snow.

yeah i personally like lava/sintyr crystal engines better than most other engine colors. its mostly "the Comr4de effect" in action: you chill with him often on starmade and you start watching the animes he likes, and then you start either building like him or building ships so they look like theyre from the animes he likes. at least that's what happened to me. also before i was friends with com my favorite color was navy blue but now it's red :P

could give sintyr a shot i guess, lemme see how it looks

Yeah, and the nice thing about Sintyr is that it weighs three times less than lava and is also easy to produce.
