Hi, I was wondering how to claim a derelict station. I think it was possible before but I cant figure out how to do it. When I say claim I mean refurbish or repair.

Just press M. Should popup a window to "purchase" repairs.

I think a derelict Alpha station is about 15.5million to refurbish. I don't know if that is the going rate or if each type is different.

Yeah .. you have to be in astro mode and fairly close

And you have to align to it. I think, I haven't tested, it just isn't worth that much effort xD.
