Damage pulse is useless

What do you mean pulse is useless? Missile-pulse and cannon-pulse are very useful! :p
(Actually, I'm not so sure about missile-pulse with it low speed.)

Cannon-pulse lost its teeth with the punchthrough nerf. It's been relegated to being an ion-only weapon like the other stuff. If you want a medium-long reload rate, good damage, and a more likely hit than cannon-pulse, just use beam-beam.
