    So, the problem is looking like Starmade is somehow not compatible with the version of Windows 10 that you have.

    A direct (Google provided) translation of that error is "This version of% 1 is not compatible with the Windows version currently running. Check in the system information of your computer, then contact the software publisher"

    This might be caused by:
    (most likely) the company that built your system "left out" and or "altered" some of the various files that make Windows work, and Starmade happens to rely on the missing/original files. [ex: buying a complete, ready-to-use computer from the store, the hardware manufacturer usually has installed a modified copy of windows, to better utilize all the parts]
    (least likely) your copy of Windows is actually a non-legitimate copy, and/or your copy of Starmade is somehow broken.
    [EX: sometimes "repair" shops actually just wipe everything, and install a new copy of windows. While this copy is legitimate, it hilariously often reports itself as being pirated. (typically because that same copy is running on the repairshop's own machine, or someone else has "registered" it)]

    If this post was un-helpfull, then I'm sorry, as this is literally as far as I can go with the information provided.

    Allso, I'm not a tech support guy, so that's a factor too.

    EDIT: hiw'd I miss this bit? Cannot run program "./lib/ffmpeg/ffmpeg32.exe"
    That right there is the proximal cause. please, try to verify that the file the game is looking for actually exists.

    There should be a file called graphicsinfo.txt in there as well. Please post that.

    At what point does it crash? Are you able to get to the main menu?

    Just a guess, but it's not the intro is it? ffmpeg is a media codec i think... You could try changing the
    Code:
    PLAY_INTRO = true //Play Intro
    to false, in the Settings.cfg in your installation folder.

    It might be happening when the tutorial videos are starting to play. It is odd that ffmpeg32 is running instead of the 64, but I"m not sure that would be a problem.

    Can you try to disable tutorials in the main menu? Go to options, Tutorial Enabled and make sure its un-checked?
