Bug Crash at 100%load on win 8.1 java 8u60

so as title says the latest sm update (shipyards hotfix) crashes at 100%loading on win8
tried multiple java versions but that didnt fix it
all drivers are up to date

Add Graphcisinfo.txt and log.txt.0 files from the log folder
and what CPU and GPU are you using?

intel core i3
and i have no clue what graphics card. its an intigrated card that came with the laptop (toshiba sattelite c55-a)
afraid there is no log.txt.0 in there
