Core Beam and Docking Beam Activated by Logic

Very quick suggestion, have the ship core activation beam, and the rail docker docking beam be activated by logic. The docking beam seems self explanatory as to why it would be useful, as for the ship core beam, having an activation beam activated by logic could allow a lot of new, complex, creations, without having to add in an entirely new logic beam block that many people have already suggested.
